The study of “Taiyang Pictures” under the perspective of “Ancient Idioms”

Abstract

Ito Dongya’s study of “Taiyang Pictures” in Zhou Dun’s study of “Taiyang Pictures” in the Jiangdong era was very important. In his opinion, Zhu Xi’s “Taiyang Diagram Explanation” deviated from the original meaning of “Taiyang Diagram Explanation”. Zhou Dunzai believed that “no extreme but too extreme” means “the principle is prone to vitality”. “Taiyang” and “Yinyang” are all the same in nature. The “Taiyangshenginclusive” refers to differentiation rather than entrepreneurship. Zhu Ziyi used “Taiyang” as a principle based on the rational theory, and used “Taiyang” to “Yinyang” as a physical connection. On the other hand, “Taisheng Pictures” also has a classic Confucian version. The theory of the universe and the theory of the original Confucianism are not the content of primitive Confucianism; the “Taiyu Diagram” clearly states the “five elements”, and the five elements are not expressed in the “Book of Changes”; the “main tranquility” skill originated from Taoism, and is divided with the energy of “Book of Changes” that respects yang and suppresses yin. Ito Toya’s research sufficiently reflects the characteristics of the “Ancient Chinese School”, but his interpretation is not as consistent as the basic meaning of “Taiyang Pictures”.

Ito Dongya (1670-1736), famous, with his name, Yuan Mao, and his name was Dongya, a native of Kyoto, and a mid-term student of Jiangyuan. His father, Hitoshi Ito, was the founder of the “Ancient Chinese School”, and also known as the “Hirakawa School”. The “Ancient Chinese School” believes that from the Han Dynasty to the Song Dynasty, Chinese scholars mostly deviated from the original meaning of the interpretation of Confucian classics, so they advocated the introduction of later generations’ annotations and directly understood the classical ancient meaning. From this, Ito Dongya studied Zhou Dunza’s “Taiyang Diagrams”, and wrote “Taiyang Diagrams and “Taiyang Diagrams and Seen”. He believed that Zhu Xi’s “Taiyang Picture Explanation and Explanation of the Ideas of Baoqing” was different from the original meaning of Zhou Dunxi’s “Taiyang Picture Explanation”, and “Taiyang Picture Explanation” was different from the original meaning of Confucian classics. 2. “Taiyang” and “Yinyang” are not used in body
